About Me



Nine years ago, after being teased for being a bit chubby, I started trying to get fit, but I didn’t know much about lifting weights or eating properly. I would look up workouts online for my chest and arms, but I didn’t make much progress. It took me a long time to realise I was doing things wrong – which seems silly in hindsight.

Over the next eight years, I made a lot of mistakes but learned from each one. Now, I know how to keep improving my fitness for the rest of my life, whether I want to be generally fit, build muscle, or lose fat. I’ve learned what works not just for me, but for everyone… because getting in shape is a science, not some magical ability that only some people have.

So, my advice is: don’t do what I did and waste nine years figuring things out. Instead, find a quicker way to reach your fitness goals by learning from someone who’s been through it.
