Tyler’s journey
Tyler, a drag queen from Brighton, started training with me not long after a breakup. He was looking to lose some weight, build up his ass and arms, as well as get a flatter stomach. We did it by creating a pretty large calorie deficit, sticking to a high-protein diet (which Tyler nailed even as a vegetarian), and training with weights three times a week, with just a little cardio sprinkled on top for good measure.
