Small group training built to help you, stay consistent, accountable and get results. For a fraction of the price of one-to-one.
Most people don't stop training because they're lazy. They stop because doing it alone gets boring, the plan is guesswork, and nobody notices when they skip. That's the part we fix.
In person coaching built around your form, your weights and your progress not a class you just follow from the front of the room. You get quality training for a fraction of the price of one-to-one.
You train alongside three others, all working towards a fitness goal, holding each other accountable. It's still your session, your weights and your coaching just easier to show up for.
Every block is a planned 4-week programme built to get you stronger, fitter and more confident in the gym. A plan, a coach, and a group that keeps you consistent.
Three steps from here to your first session.
I'm Alfie, a personal trainer based in Brighton.
I've trained for over a decade through rugby, jiu jitsu and years under the bar, so I coach from experience, not just from a textbook. Before becoming a personal trainer, I taught swimming. Which is where my initial love for coaching came from.
I sharpened my personal training knowledge at FLF Performance Centre, renowned as one of the best gyms in the UK, my aim is to bring that standard into every session I coach.
My approach is simple. Good technique, steady progress and knowing when to push. One client, Tyler, came to me at 127kg. Nine months later, he was 92kg.
Whatever shape you are starting in, I'll meet you there.

You don't just train hard. You see it working, week to week. Every session is coached and tracked, so you always know what's improving and what's next.
One-to-one personal training in Brighton can cost up to £65 a session. Small group gives you quality coaching, structure and accountability, for a fraction of the price.
Train 3 times a week for £160 a month each for your first two months. Same sessions, someone you already know in the group, an easier first step at a cheaper price.
I'm building teams around when people can actually train. Early morning, after-work, Friday and Sunday options are being tested. Tell me what suits you on the form and I'll group people into slots that work.
Yes. Small group personal training here is capped at four, so I can watch your sets, fix your form and load the bar with you. You're coached through the session, not left to follow a class from the front — and you can join with a friend if you'd rather train together.
Yes — beginners are most of who starts here. The kit is easy to learn on, and your weights start where you are, then move up as you get stronger.
Life happens. Tell me and we'll sort it, and the weekly check-in keeps you on track either way.
Less than one-to-one. Plans are £100/month for one session a week, £160 for two, and £215 for three (about £18–£25 a session) — a fraction of the up to £65 a session one-to-one PT in central Brighton can cost. Registering is free.
Two minutes. Tell me your goals and when you could train, solo or with a friend.
First group starts Monday 20 July, 7am.
